Business Analyst_( Salesforce)

Salt is pleased to announce that it has partnered with a one-of-a-kind consulting firm in Malaysia that is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Salesforce Implementation team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Collect, define, and document business processes, requirements, functional algorithms.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW).
• Assist in the operational support of solutions deployed, provide root cause analysis of issues identified and provide work around and/ or define solutions to resolve.
• You will be working with a cross functional team to translate technical requirements from the Devs & Testers and break them down into functional requirements for the key stakeholders.

Competencies and skills required

• Exposure to working across consulting services would be highly advantageous.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong experience in professionally engaging stakeholders, defining and documenting detailed business processes.
• Exposure to Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Administrator Certification is an added advantage.
• Exposure to testing methodologies, test management processes.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
• The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure and has demonstrated skill in both operational management and expectation management.
