Salt is pleased to announce that it has partnered with a one-of-a-kind consulting firm in Malaysia that is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Salesforce Implementation team on a permanent basis.
Collect, define, and document business processes, requirements, functional algorithms.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW).
Assist in the operational support of solutions deployed, provide root cause analysis of issues identified and provide work around and/ or define solutions to resolve.
You will be working with a cross functional team to translate technical requirements from the Devs & Testers and break them down into functional requirements for the key stakeholders.
Competencies and skills required
Exposure to working across consulting services would be highly advantageous.
Advanced analytical skills and strong experience in professionally engaging stakeholders, defining and documenting detailed business processes.
Exposure to Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Administrator Certification is an added advantage.
Exposure to testing methodologies, test management processes.
Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure and has demonstrated skill in both operational management and expectation management.
