Campaign Solutions Manager

Our client is a multinational Analytics organization. They are currently looking for a Campaign Solutions Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• To be the SME on marketing cloud solutions
• Work closely with the Campaign Manager and Developers internally
• To ensure the quality of the campaigns are executed using IBM/HCL Unica
• To train & mentor teams on how to use the marketing cloud solution and support the existing clients
• Work on campaign designs and continuous improvements on all campaign processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the similar area
• Must have experience using IBM/HCL Unica
• Experienced in querying databases with SQL
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory as you will be liaising with internal stakeholders
