Customer Insights Analyst

Are you keen to join a multinational Financial Solutions organization in Malaysia as a Customer Insights Analyst? Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced individual to their new team.

Salary up to RM156,000 per annum + Attractive benefits!

Responsibilities

• To be responsible and involved in the end to end process of customer experience
• Gather and analyze market data & customer insights
• Utilizing existing methods of research to do in depth analysis and discussions
• To perform in depth competitor analysis on their products
• Extract and analyse multiple data sources and turn them into meaningful insights

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Statistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in B2C and/or B2B environment
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experienced in using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and etc
• It would be a plus to have Google Analytics experience
• Experienced in Excel, Macros, Pivot and etc
