Customer Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• To provide data analytics, business insights and determining solution performance metrics to influence decision making
• To build customer relationship and process maintenance which includes stakeholder identification and needs assessment
• To monitor customer/user traffic and provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Statistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be experienced in Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics or Google Data Studio
• Consultancy background is a plus
