Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Director to join an internationally recognised tech solutions business as they gear up for an upbeat 2021!

What the role offers

This highly transformative business thrives on providing meaningful experiences through digital innovation and strategic partnerships. You will play a key advisory role to the Group CFO, CEO & Board on funding requirements, cash flow position and new business viability.

Outline of scope

* Fundraising – sourcing and liaising effectively with bankers, financial institutions and external advisors to meet funding requirements of the Group

* Take lead in all corporate exercises: M&A, equity & debt fundraising

* Lead the analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the Group

* Partner with the Group IR and Business Planning teams and oversee business modelling analysis for new projects or revenue streams

* Ensure due diligence in Group consolidation and reporting to Bursa Malaysia

* Preparation of Board Papers for Board and Committee meetings

* Ensure effective cash management planning and execution

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked as a Corporate Finance Director in a similar accelerated digital environment and/or in a large diversified Group environment.

Ideally you would have some investment banking experience and good networking relationships with fund managers & bankers. You are proactive in your efforts with a fundraising track record to show, along with sharp presentation and reporting skills.
