Responsibilities

• As a result of the rapid growth and success of our company, we are now looking to hire a new team member to radically improve how we operate, deliver faster, more efficient and higher quality in our Finance operations.
• We are now looking for smart, hardworking and creative engineers, who have experience to manage Finance Systems to provide support, maintenance and administration services
• Manage and coordinate related activities for Hong Kong and other locations on financial systems
• Functional System Support and Administration
• System Project Analysis, Coordination & Implementations
• Process Improvement, automation & report creation and troubleshooting
• End User Support, Issue Management & Training
• Provide support and maintenance for production applications
• Review and enhance the financial and reporting system, policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3-5 years of financial systems support experience
• Solid leadership experience in ERP/ EPM/HCM system project implementation, change management and user support
• Strong knowledge in Oracle Financial Systems (e.g. Oracle EPM, ERP, HCM, Hyperion, Xero, MYOB)
• Experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, SmartView) and cloud computing is an advantage
• Collect report requirement, design, develop and testing financial reports
• Build financial reports using FRS, OTBI, BIP or Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Excel VBA/Macro
