FullStack Developer

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and provides customization of various applications to meet customers’ requirements
• Develop quality software and deliver on time to customers
• Resolve issue/defects reported by customers
• Find and address system performance issues
• Deliverable (e.g. project, features) would affect revenue generation
• Compliance to development process and coding standard
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Manages the development team capacity and works with product to finalize each major software release on time and on budget.
• Collaborates with other teams in the organization (local and remote) to align on implementations and product needs

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 4 years with software development is required, including web applications, web protocols, web applications and client-server technology.
• Excellent database optimization experience
• Preferred industry experience: Smart Office, Smart Community, Smart Business
• Preferred industry experience: Payment gateway, e-wallet, bill-payment, loyalty & reward application
