HR Transformation Manager

Salt Malaysia is partnering with a leading HR Consulting firm in Asia that offers powerful global HR solutions and provides diverse exposure and the experience to work with top regional companies like PropertyGuru, Manulife, Garena, Softbank and more! Headquartered in Singapore, they’re currently expanding their team in Malaysia and they’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized Manager, HR Transformation Consultant to join this fabulous client! Responsibilities:

• Leading workstreams on HR Transformation projects, from planning through delivery – including managing project resources, budgets, as well as identifying and managing risks and issues
• Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness, and execute change strategy
• Advise regional clients on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes, covering aspects of strategy, process design & re-engineering, service delivery and cloud technology
• Contributing to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential and existing clients
• Develop HR consulting frameworks and mentor junior team members

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience in HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, shared services, organisation design or a specialist HR area (e.g. learning, recruitment, benefits, rewards, performance and talent) or application of design thinking, user experience, customer-centric design
• Experience in at least one to two HR transformations involving cloud products (eg. SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HCM/ServiceNow)
