The End Client Group is among the largest healthcare groups in Australia, and it has offices in France, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, and Malaysia as well. The organization, despite recent layoff trends, is experiencing growth and is seeking to fill a permanent IT Project Manager position in Malaysia.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you oversee and coordinate projects in order to facilitate their efficient and timely completion. The project manager ensures compliance with IT project standards, methodologies, and guidelines at all stages of the project management life cycle, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing stages.

Ensure the project goals are met within the time and budget allocated. It is expected that you will work very closely with the rest of the stakeholders and especially with the IT team, the stakeholder group within the business, and vendor management in order to meet the company’s set goals and objectives.

If you are interested in this position, you must have the following qualifications:

* A thorough understanding of the organization’s business processes, IT operations, and the lifecycle of system implementation.

* A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Enterprise Software or Application Projects, of which 5 years have been in the role of IT Project Manager.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure; self-motivated and well-organized

* Demonstrated leadership skills, negotiation skills, conflict management skills, collaborative skills, organizational skills, as well as critical thinking skills.

* Working collaboratively and positively with a broad range of stakeholders.

* Communication skills are required to effectively work with hospital management, staff, vendors, and the IT department.

* Good command of written communication skills in order to convey a clear and accurate message and produce the necessary documentation.

* Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.

* Knowledge and experience in implementing healthcare systems will be an asset.
