Your role and responsibilities

The Service Manager is the main point of contact representing the APAC’s GIO Network & Telecommunications service line. You will be accountable for the service performance (Quality and P&L) of the security offerings deployed and the project deliveries. You will be responsible for collecting and understanding the business requirements of the service clients within the hub and identifying service improvements.

Service Manager responsible for the complete and sustainable delivery and performance of the Network and Telecommunications activities within the Hub APAC.

What you’ll need to succeed

Regional IT infrastructure experience, emphasizing network support & operations, IT project deliveries and deep technical knowledge of IP solutions.

Ability to challenge the efficiency and compliance of a technical solution is expected.

Manage employee and outsourcing vendor service delivery across virtual teams and multiple global geographies.

Experience with software licensing and hardware procurement agreements.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to support a close partnership between Group and functional IT organizations.

Excellent oral and written communications, organizing, presenting, and discussing technical information with technical personnel across geographies.
