Lo and behold, we’re joining forces with our incredible client to establish from ground zero a dedicated powerhouse team.

Now, let’s take the Vrooooom Vrooooom to the next level.

We’re looking for a versatile One Web Personalisation Lead to work with our client’s SEA regional hub.

This is how your typical day-to-day would look like:

+ Responsible for leading the one web work-stream and executing integrated campaigns across the regional and local markets.

+ Engage in collaboration and consultation with key regional team members and stakeholders from different streams to deliver first-class campaigns in multiple overseas markets.

+ Implement, refine, and continually improve the development of content and templates, as well as the identification and targeting of personalization activities.

+ Perform analyses of performance drivers to determine actionable tactics, and to help identify solutions for mitigation and/or optimisation of business initiatives.

+ Create seamless, integrated, and automated customer journey mapping that encompasses all platforms and touch points.

+ Work with the regional team to cascade global and regional initiatives into action plans and local strategic initiatives.

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is:

+ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

+ Strong background in project management across large and complex projects involving multiple sources and stakeholders. Experience working with large, multifaceted organisations.

+ Worked with major global brands and managed dynamic projects with experience.

+ Extensive hands-on experience with CMS-driven website management and application development, as well as page creation and execution.

+ Possess a distinctive solution orientation and a strong team spirit.

+ Management experience working with both individual contributors and managers.

+ AEM (Adobe Experience Manager experience) is a significant plus.
