Patch Governance Senior Analyst

Primary Objective

Responsible to administer and manage the Group’s Patch Management SLA as well as IT Asset Inventory to ensure all production systems are available and online within agreed SLA / OLA as well as to support on-going business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Patch Governance & Reporting Analyst
• Deploy Patch Management for all IT Infrastructure components inclusive of OS (Windows, Unix/Linux) and well as related infrastructure (Network switches, routers, load balancers and etc)
• Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled tasks relating to Patching and IT Asset management as required
• Manage monthly automated scans and analysis to include discovery scans, compliance scans, and vulnerability scans
• Produce periodic management reports and updates
• Incident & problem management inclusive of recovery & mitigating strategies
• Review and implement DRP and BCP procedures & plans

Requirements

• 5 – 8 years’ experience in supporting and operating group IT shared services infrastructure
• Strong technical knowledge of various IT technology and architecture of systems.
• Good management, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills as well as Technical Leadership skills
• Project planning & management skills will be consider a plus.
