Product Manager

Our fabulous client – a leading modest fashion company in Malaysia, is looking for passionate Product Managers!

The client is the current go-to destination for modest fashion, taking the centre stage to provide our customers with the unparalleled omni-channel platform that combines technology innovations with unique in-store shopping experiences. Poised for its next expansion and growth trajectories, they are now on the lookout for 4 exceptional Product Managers to cover 4 different product categories.

The Product Managers will manage various integrated systems and products. They will drive commercial success required by the business and our customers. They will be also be owning the product strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of a product.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the long-term vision and strategy for products pertaining to systems & to communicate this strategy to all the management and stakeholders.
• To gather & analyse real-world user data, customer feedback, and metrics on all relevant systems needed by the company as a source of business intelligence to plan product roadmap.
• Perform market research and analyze case study data & customer feedback to plan product roadmap & update management & stakeholders on the release strategy & delivery progress.
• Perform market research analysis to get updated on the current technology and also benchmark the company’s product against competitors
• Understand both internal business user’s and customer’s pain-points and bottlenecks to identify and prioritize system deployment.
• Perform project management of tech-based product/system development in FV according to the best practices to achieve project completion within timeline, budget and scope.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of product / project management experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in e-commerce & retail solutions
• Be able to work independently by being a fast learner and work with minimum supervision
• Passionate about improving the user experience of all their systems
• Be able to multitask & resolve issues in a timely manner
• Have comprehensive knowledge about the industry
