As a Salesforce Developer, you are good at understanding how to make the platform work for the company’s goals, salesforce development, integration with 3rd-party services, support and maintenance, and overall system improvement.

-You will be closely working with the marketing and recruitment team to identify, assess, scope change initiatives that improve the use of salesforce for all users.

-Manage all marketing and recruitment-related technical resources and migration of data into salesforce.

-You have strong data analytic, strategic, and operational capabilities to align with recruitment and marketing processes, analyses key metrics, and improve platform performance.

-Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that show how recruitment and marketing programs/campaigns impact revenue.

-Re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions.

-In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities using custom code (Apex, S-Controls) and/or integration with external systems.

-You are a certified Salesforce Administrator.
