The candidate would need to act as a mentor to team members and provide technology input to overall company strategy.
Experience in managing technology budgets and time frames.
Has had experience scaling team size up to 40 headcounts
Excellent Agile process management skill.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
8-15 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years spent in management
Designed and ran scalable architecture.
Excellent communication skills
Thrives in a start up environment and has an unruly drive for performance.
