At Salt, we are using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to help us better understand how we can deliver a great customer experience to our candidates and clients. Every month surveys are deployed and the feedback received is shared with the team to further help our development and to allow us to also celebrate our success.
We highly value the feedback we receive and appreciate people taking the time to share their evaluation with us. Our Directors will follow up all feedback received.
NPS is currently being used in Auckland, Sydney, Dubai, and London. Other offices will soon follow.
