Salt welcomes Kirsty Pearce-Perkins as HR Manager to the team based out of our London office. Kirsty brings extensive experience in HR in recruitment and a background in business, topped with a CIPD certification. In addition, she diversified her experience; working in different sectors including finance, renewable energy, music and fashion education, each time “setting up the HR function from the bottom up.” On the side, Kirsty teaches Yoga and Meditation and loves travelling.
Salt is developing a new staff development programme to support the team’s progression and personal development. Kirsty’s appointment and 360° experience will help take this to the next level.
