My universe… encompasses past, present and future Salt clients across all industries and sectors. Aside from being focused on new hiring and replacement of HR professionals whether that be aligned to talent and engagement, compensation and benefits, human resources operations, learning and development, or HRIS; I’m also responsible for developing our portfolio of value-added services to better support the needs of clients across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
How can you add value to our clients and candidates?
Given my balanced background, spending the first 8 years in an agency environment followed by 8 years in-house, has enabled me to better understand the significant demand and expectations on our clients’ human resources functions. The most unique profile about conducting HR recruitment is ‘my clients are also my candidates’ which really helps put things into perspective and focus not only developing stronger partnerships, but really building end to end people solutions that support their functional growth and alignment to organisational strategy.

What are three items you’d take with you to a deserted island?
Definitely my surfboard, GoPro and sunscreen.
If you could magically become fluent in any language, what would it be?
Mandarin would be great given I’ve been in Asia for over 15 years and still haven’t learnt beyond the basics.
