We surveyed 154 global digital professionals to find out what they think hiring, and their businesses, will look like going forward.
There is no doubt that we’ll feel the repercussions of COVID-19 for a long time, but our survey has shown that there are also some positives to emerge.
Even though we’re social distancing away from colleagues, teams are collaborating and connecting better than before. Businesses have adapted to remote working, with 60% saying moving their interviewing and onboarding processes online has been successful. Companies are now fully embracing digital.
Our survey also revealed that 73% of businesses worldwide will change their working from home and flexible working policies – something that many have campaigned for, for years – after lockdown highlighted people work just as well, if not better, from home.
