What to tell your friends at parties:
I work for a super-fast growing tech company and we’re driving the digital revolution of hotels around the world. I usually work from the head office in Breda, but our team of 50 works from 10 international offices. Our management systems has been showered by awards and have more than 500 hotels in the Netherlands.

The role:
You will be responsible for the sale of our management systems to hoteliers with 30-100 rooms. This includes these core activities;

  • Give demos to hoteliers, in which you as a consultant convince hoteliers of the added value that the product delivers in their hotel
  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Maintaining your pipeline; you don’t lose sight of an opportunity and keep all prospects warm

Your week might look like this:

  • Meet with the international sales team via video call led by the Head of Global Sales
  • Checking the pipeline and providing the correct telephone follow-up for each deal
  • Call new incoming requests via the website
  • Daily several product demonstrations via screen sharing with interested hoteliers and asking the right questions as a consultant to show the best connection with the product and to convince the hotelier of this
  • Weekly meeting with the sales team with plenty of room for your ideas!
  • Outbound calls to hoteliers of whom we have a good idea that they could be very happy with an introduction to the product
  • Handover consultation with the Implementation Manager, responsible for onboarding the new hoteliers you brought in
  • Friday afternoon drinks in our fine glass head office

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hotel experience (required)
  • 3+ years of sales experience (required)
  • Competitive & result-oriented
  • Interested in establishing new relationships every day
  • Fluent English (our language)
  • Strongly motivated to make a difference
  • Very good communicative, both in word and writing
  • Affinity with tech
