Junior Producer (Freelance)

Salt is working on providing aspirational and driven Junior Producers for an exciting opportunity with a large Fashion brand. The contract will initially run on a 3 month basis, with the possibility of becoming a rolling contract. This role will be situated in a fast-paced E-Commerce studio.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor third-party productions and liaise with clients, agents, artists.
• Develop a substantial talent pool of creative freelancers.
• Scheduling, sourcing and booking studio facilities, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and appropriate usage rights.
• Provide monthly finance reports and ensure projects are kept within budget.

Requirements

• 2 or more years experience in photography production in a fast-paced commercial studio.
• Experience working in retail photography or E-Commerce Fashion.
• Quality focused, exceptional people management and communication skills.
• Organised and efficient with time management, deadlines and priorities.
