Freelance Studio Planner

This role is an important function in a fast-paced E-commerce Fashion Production Studio. This person will be responsible for the planning and logistics of the studio. This studio will be delivering thousands of photographs for the website every season. The contract will run for an initial 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate very closely with the Operations Manager, to plan, forecast, supply and review shoots and projects.
• Ensure that productions are as cost-effective yet aesthetically optimal as possible.
• Create and maintain an exciting working environment by delivering daily team meetings and creating targets and goals.
• Be a point of reference to new business partners and provide them with data and reports when requested.
• Monitor studio performance and productivity, using metrics and data analysis to optimise output.

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume production studio environment.
• Experience in production management and/or project management.
• 3 or more years in a similar role.
