They are seeking a UX Lead to spearhead the implementation of a customer-centric approach to their e-commerce experience across their .com and App platforms. The selected candidate, as the UX Lead, should possess a strong inclination towards enhancing user experience and devising solutions to address their pain points. Acting as a liaison between various teams including Marketing, Product, and Digital teams, the UX Lead will ensure that all perspectives are considered during the discovery and design delivery of new features for customers.

Some of the Responsibilities:

  • The job requires the ability to identify and troubleshoot UX & UI problems in existing solutions.
  • The candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills to quickly get to the root cause of problems and be able to explain it to others.
  • The candidate should also prioritize new Design System deliverables, scaling it into a robust tool that helps drive more efficient design exploration within the team.
  • They should partner with Product Owners to ensure that all work delivered by the UX team enhances user experiences and drives business success in the context of the company’s overall goals.
  • They should manage the UX roadmap process, ensuring that all design briefs are clearly understood and work is assigned across the team to meet timelines.
  • The candidate should ensure that project goals are clearly defined and understood by all team members, removing roadblocks and uncertainties for designers where necessary.


  • The ideal candidate for this position should possess multiple years of experience in the industry as a UI/UX/Product designer and/or manager responsible for the complete development lifecycle of successfully launched digital applications (web and/or app).
  • A strong portfolio of digital design examples that showcase a customer-centric approach and design skills is a must-have for this role.
  • The candidate should be highly organized and extremely focused on even the smallest details. They should have their own style but be able to follow design guidelines set by the team.
  • A strong team spirit with a can-do personality is essential, as the candidate should be able to bring people together to achieve common goals.
  • Experience working with Figma is preferred, although proficiency in other design tools such as Sketch will be considered. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
