Your role:
The people of our fast-growing, international team (currently 44 heads) are your responsibility, both strategically and on a day-to-day operational basis
Working closely together with our Leadership Team to assure best internal experiences
Build & implement HR frameworks and ensure all employee-related admin is accurately up-to-date.
As a fast growing international company, hiring & developing people is one of our key priorities.
You will take the lead in the full employee journey from hiring assistance / employer branding, onboarding, EX until off-boarding.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in building & executing HR strategies
Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide
Self-motivated & well suited to work in a high-paced scale-up environment
Organised and analytical
Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in (Business) English
