Responsibilities
Drive technical infrastructure improvements in the following areas:
Campaign management – email marketing
Targeting & segmentation
Engagement driving mechanics
Creative comms plannin
Reporting
Loyalty
Clearly define the requirements/user stories to assure that internal IT teams or external vendors are able to technically devise a solution.
Act as a “gate keeper” of all CRM project activity to ensure projects are reasonable and justified – in accordance to the roadmap. Take ownership of the backlog, assuring that all demands are considered and manage the prioritization of what will get delivered. Consistently measure the potential value being added by the different projects, and use these insights to drive fact-based conversations to prioritize the highest value adding projects.
Keep all stakeholders aligned & focused on the deliverables in order to deliver the end product according to the timelines and specifications. This includes the maintenance of projects schedules and monitoring progress in order to give regular updates across the teams involved.
Assist CRM managers to prioritize projects to ensure business critical deadlines are always met as a priority.
Represent CRM and participate in the development & improvement of project management processes.
Contribute to vision- and roadmap development for the CRM Platform, by:
Introducing and driving marketing automation initiatives
Initiating projects to make sure that capabilities of the current CRM infrastructure are utilized to its fullest extent
Manage Vendor Relationships
Requirements
University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
0-2 year experience in digital marketing, CRM or analytics
0-2 year experience in an international direct to consumer environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Knowledge in the area of CRM, database and campaign management
Understanding of the retail direct to consumer (online & offline) industry
Preferably experience with consumer analytics
Preferably experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Problem -solving and practical decision-making abilities
Strong analytics skills
Strong project management skills
Passion for innovation in the field of marketing automation
Strong communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal
