We are looking for an expert Email Marketing Specialist for a Lifestyle Fashion Brand specialized in Eyewear.
In this role you will be responsible for increasing customer retention and engagement.
Responsibilities
Increasing customer retention and engagement by the key concepts “right message”, “right time”, “right place”.
Launch new campaigns through email based on the marketing calendar.
Take over transactional emails and work on the improvement of the NPS and other customer feedback initiatives.
Investigate and understand the key drivers of CLV and use the insights on increasing it/Respond to changing trends and developments in CRM and email marketing.
You’ll report to the Customer Growth Manager and work closely with the digital and creative teams.
Requirements:
Have a proven track record in / strong experience with email marketing.
Experience in a similar role relevant CRM role.
Have 3-4 years of relevant email marketing experience , preferably in an omnichannel retail operation or at a pure player.
Experience with Newletters
Know your tools and know-how to use them accurately, especially ESP/marketing automation tools (experience with Simon Data / SendGrid is a plus).
