Growth Hacker

As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for generating online traffic, leads and brand awareness in a smart way. You will support the sales and marketing teams with automations, come up with smart innovative marketing tactics and are always on the lookout for new ways to be more successful.

The ideal candidate has experience working both in the social media space, as well as in the technology industry preferably for a high-growth cloud software company. You should have examples of running successful growth hacking campaigns. You are digital savvy and you understand that every action in the online space should be measured and analyzed. Driving actions out of data-analytics is important.

Your Responsibilities:

· Your main objective is to use the company’s data resources in a smart and innovative way to optimize sales cycles for the target audience at Large Enterprises.

· Strategize with the Marketing & Sales Teams to create effective demand generation programs and campaigns across various channels that increase community members and sales pipeline.

· Set up smart automations, such as on LinkedIn, to optimize the workflow of sales teams.

· Support the growth of a variety of acquisition channels including email, nurture, content syndication, paid-social, retargeting campaigns, share content on social media platforms, webinars and more.

· Collaborate with the Event Team to orchestrate an exciting digital journey from pre-event preparation to post-event follow up. Report on online conversion and similar type metrics.

· Be able to write, edit and publish appealing and original copy for email promotions, landing pages, advertisements, social content, blogs, infographics, banners, etc.

· Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based modifications and further improve impact and ROI.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 2+ years experience at a digital agency, start- or scale-up.

· Experience working with multiple ways of online B2B marketing such as SEO, SEA and social advertising.

Skills:

· You have excellent skills in project management of integrated, cross-channel campaigns including but not limited to direct mail, digital ads, automated e-mail marketing, account-based marketing, events, and webinars to drive pipeline conversion.

· You are able to set KPIs, and have know-how to track all growth results / impact / ROI.

· Knowledge with analytical and marketing-automation tools like PhantomBuster, Google Analytics, SalesForce, Mailerlite, Zapier, Integromat, Optimizely, Funnelytics, Google Optimize, or similar.

· You are both a strategic thinker and have hands-on experience in developing and executing growth hacking experiments across all channels, preferably B2B.

· You are passionate about leveraging data to grow a B2B business in an entrepreneurial way.

· Proficient level of English.
