Growth Marketeer

An exciting FMCG scale-up leader is looking for the best Growth Marketer. Based out of Rotterdam, the role encapsulates development, implementation, tracking and optimisation digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Your ownership all of EU marketing channels and measurement of success defines the overarching business goals.

Working closely together with marketing, sales, and technical development teams. You’ll craft and play an important role in achieving the ambitious growth objectives and are able to take marketing to a higher level.

Role Responsibilities:

* You’re able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

* You’re highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.

* You can optimize landing pages and user funnels.

* A/B testing.

* You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

* Refining growth strategy.

* You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.

Role Requirements:

· 2 years’ experience as a Growth Marketer/Marketeer.

· You are analytically strong.

· Have experience in a FMCG/B2C environment.

· You are systematical and result oriented.

· You feel at ease in a young, fast-growing organization, in which processes and structures are still under development.

· English and Dutch Fluent.
