Head of Global Marketing – Breda, NL

THE COMPANY

I’m incredibly excited to be working with a fantastic software growth company based in the Netherlands that already have made an impact on their cloud-based platform, offering independent businesses a seamless customer experience. With over 1,300 clients and an impressive pipeline, they are seeking a Head of Marketing (who will be part of the leadership team) and ultimately drive demand even further!

NB: this role will need someone in the office 5 days per week.

THE ROLE

· With a globally based team of 5, you will mentor, lead, inspire and grow this talented bunch.

· You will be responsible for brand visibility and credibility in the 10 markets (that will expand even further)

· You will build out a demand programme across all funnels that will deliver inbound SQL value, whilst also driving partnership programmes.

What we’re looking for:

● At least 3-5 years marketing experience within a B2B client-side software environment

● First-hand experience of working within a start-up or growth business

● Leadership and team management experience

● Desirable experience in partnership programmes and PR

● Native-level English (both written and spoken)

● Highly organised, analytical and results-focused

● Strong stakeholder management experience and proven collaboration with commercial teams.
