Marketing Manager – Germany (Fully Remote)

Salt has partnered with one of the fastest growing digital start-ups in the UK.

They are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing manager to bring the brand into the German marketplace, building on the huge success of what’s happened so far.

Responsibilities

You will be the owner of the marketing plan for Germany and your energy, creativity and self-starting approach will be the key to the success in this new market.

You’ll bring market insight and brand strategy, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves to help to get things off the ground. You’ll be energised by the opportunity to make a real impact and have a results-driven attitude to doing so.

Requirements

* Being a German speaker with an excellent understanding of the market will be crucial to this role.
* Great organisational skills, comfortable managing a range of tasks and prioritising workload
* Hands-on approach with an agile mentality
* Preferably bringing previous experience in an e-commerce start-up environment
* Experience in digital marketing including FB, Instagram, SEO, search, and email as well as organic social
* Creative and curious: passionate about the category and market and will bring ideas on how we can do things better or differently
* Comfortable creating content and copywriting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights and make recommendations.
* Well-connected within the German marketplace and strong understanding of the consumer and their behaviour
* Personable and great at building relationships with colleagues as well as external agencies
