They are looking for a Paid Media Campaign Manager to join the team at the headquarter office.
As part of the in-house Paid Media team, the Paid Media Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising campaigns across various online channels. Using your expert, up-to-date grasp of digital marketing strategies and best practices, you will help manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage paid media campaigns across various programmatic platforms incl. DV360, YT, Google Ads, as well as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat and more.
Full-funnel campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting
Manage campaign budgets and spent allocation and billings
Lead the relationship and negotiations with publishers on Guaranteed deals, PMPs, value & share of volume per publisher, etc.
Develop testing roadmaps across channels working with relevant stakeholders across the business
Own relationship with our Communications team and build external partnerships that align with business and divisional objectives, brand identity, and values
Create and employ successful audience targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to segment & personalize the experience
Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks incl. feed monitoring and optimization
Stay up-to-date on the latest Media/Adv/Tech trends, attend our partners’ workshops, and proactively suggest new and innovative data-centric solutions
Requirements
5 years experience working in a paid media role on a senior specialist or manager level
The ideal candidate has experience working in E-Commerce or a digital agency
Advanced technical knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms, Feed Mgmt Solutions (ie Lengow), Analytics Tools (Adobe & GA360) and DMPs/CMPs, etc.
The candidate is highly analytical and skilled in communication, being able to explain and translate consumer data analysis into relevant business questions
Good understanding of Google Analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models
Able to drive large scale projects and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as business fluency in English (written & verbal)
