SEA Specialist

We have partnered with a well-known global fashion brand that aims to progress and expand in the fashion market by providing aesthetic and innovative products and designs. In order to achieve this, our client is looking for a SEA Specialist who can create a connected and integrated in-house marketing program.

Working together with the SEA Manager, the SEA Specialist is required to provide day-to-day account management and be the driving force for website growth by applying paid search activation and planning. In addition to this, creating an effective roadmap and planning to elevate channel performance will be required. This will be crucial to improve the marketing results of the brand and match the company’s overall business goals and needs.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the SEA Manager on planning, automation, and optimization

• Aim to grow the company’s revenue by monitoring and meeting the daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

• Monitor and create the paid search campaigns, make sure the results are on the required level and meet the company’s targets

• Provide strategic planning and development for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, ad copy, and other elements of paid search

• Coach junior SEA team members

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced E-commerce environment or similar performance marketing role.

• Strong experience in paid search and paid search bid management tools, technologies e.g.

• Google Shopping and feed optimization knowledge. Familiar with Google Merchant Centre, Pricesearcher, Channable

• Time management and strong problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge in analytics tools like Omniture, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio.

• Fluent in English, another European language is a plus

• Familiarity in fashion and retail industry is a plus

• Result and performance-focused professionalism. Data-driven, and creative eye, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
