SEO Specialist

To support this mission, as a SEO Specialist your main focus will be helping to grow in visibility, traffic and organic revenue.

A strong technical SEO foundation is their number one priority. That’s where you come in!

Responsibilities:

• Managing SEO strategies end-to-end (research, implementation & reporting)
• Implementing the onsite/offsite SEO strategies and tactics defined with the SEO Director
• Identifying technical SEO improvements, write tickets for development and test implementation
• Researching SEO/SEA keyword opportunities and conducting content gap analysis
• Conducting analysis of competitor backlink profile
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and report on analysis
• Working with content managers and UX designers to create a great content experience
• Liaising with external agencies on SEO and SEA activities
• Creating guidelines and collaboration with non-SEO departments to incorporate SEO in their work processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications or business related field with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Jack of all SEO trades: technical, content, outreach, data/reporting, automation
• Experience with tools like: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, Contentking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• A good understanding of data and how to measure success and turn data into action
• Experience with Excel and experience with/interest in automation (I.e Python)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and implications Javascript on SEO performance.
• Good time-management skills and ability to multi-taskin a dynamic start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work with different departments
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver with the ability to work very independently when given clear objectives
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
