Trade Project Coordinator (Online Site Merchandiser)

Global Fashion retail. Our partner organisation is continuously growing from strength to strength. A role within the E-commerce Trade team, the Online Site Merchandiser will be the first in a newly established line of operation. As the ecommerce sector in business continues to grow, so does the reward and responsibility.

Your sphere of influence is in overseeing the optimisation of product sell-thru and conversion. By focussing on the optimisation of site and app product assortment strategy, you’ll be in charge of executing global and localised initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and care of category pages, product placements, sorting pages and support in promotion set-ups. Ad Hoc responsibilities include support for the Digital Manager of Product trade with weekly reports on performance.

Rap Sheet of Responsibilities & Task:

Website Merchandise Management (50%)

§ Ensure right and relevant App and Website products within key categories.

§ Optimise and manage product placement process with campaign pages.

§ Support promotion and product placement activities during peak trading.

§ Keep track of ETA Stock, new lister pages and new collection drops.

§ Manage sorting and search insights through internal Merchandising Tool.

§ Deliver Product recommendations to CRM team for Newsletter content.

Merchandise Sales Analysis & Reporting (50%)

§ Analyse site KPI’s [Traffic and Conversion of key categories and new lister pages].

§ Weekly reporting on Category performance, best sellers and sell-thru for new actions to implement.

§ Report on Customer Journey flows for each category.

§ Ad hoc reporting requests.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field.

· 1 – 2 years’ experience within Ecommerce and/or Merchandise Planning.

· Fluent in English.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel

· Good Experience with Google Analytics

· Highly detailed, Analytical personality.

· Ability to work and plan ahead in a fast-paced environment.

· High level of accuracy.

· Proactive nature.

· Confidence to speak up with insight and motivation.
