Our client is one of the world’s leading telematics solution providers, dedicated to fleet management and connected car services.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer who is willing to ensure their business leading sales. Your main task will incorporate mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing sales enablement material. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empowering sales with the commercial skills and knowledge;
* Being customers’ and prospects’ trusted advisors;
* Onboarding new sales joiners and challenging current sales teams to keep applying innovative prospecting methodologies in sales;
* Teach solution selling skills specifically aimed at Direct Sales and Enterprise sales teams;
* Drive Ongoing Team-wide Sales Enablement, Coaching & Upskilling;
* Translate sales process into a clear guide on how to become successful sales professionals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Sales Training experience including hands-on selling experience;
* Experience in teaching sales methodologies (TAS, The Challenger Sales Model, SPIN Selling, Value Selling methodologies, etc.);
* Experience with blended learning (in-class, virtual, workshops, role-plays, etc.);
* A Strong track record in raising measurable sales effectiveness;
* Fluent in English (any other EU language is an asset);
* Results-driven, a can-do attitude, highly motivated;
* Ability to work on your own and as a team player.
