Portfolio/Project Management Tech Director

Our client is a leader in the sports fashion industry is seeking a Director of Tech Project/ Portfolio Management.

You will be part of the Strategy & Portfolio Execution team in Digital & Sales Tech. The role will focus on standardizing and improving portfolio management processes. You will be accountable to streamline planning and maximize transparency about risks, and capacity for fact-based decision making. The role focuses on planning work for product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Portfolio Management
• Create mitigation plans and techniques to mitigate risk
• Owns the methodology knowledge with the other Agile Portfolio Managers and the stakeholders
• Scale Agile Framework
• Change implementation planning and management
• Identifies the communications and relationship product, TECH, and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 10 -years experience in Tech
• 5 years of experience in the relevant area, dependency management, or portfolio based activities
• 5 years of experience in team management including professional
• International Experience
