Salt creating futures in
New Zealand's capital

We are delighted to announce that Salt New Zealand is expanding!

The successful Wellington-based recruitment company GBL Personnel has joined the Salt Group and we are thrilled to be extending a warm welcome to our new team members. The team will continue to work from their office located at the beautiful waterfront precinct of Wellington.

GBL has provided talented staff to a wide range of Wellington organisations for over thirty years and has been a key provider under the All-of-Government External Recruitment Services Agreement since 2012.

Salt and GBL joining forces to provide broader range of solutions

In June 2022, we were pleased to announce that GBL joined the Salt Group.

After decades of success in the Wellington market, both parties saw a wonderful opportunity to come together and offer a broader range of solutions to both candidates and clients in Wellington.

Salt APAC Chief Executive Jacqui Barratt said “We all agree that this was a marriage of choice as both organisations have built successful recruitment businesses with the value of integrity underpinning  everything we both do.”

GBL Director, Mary-Jane  Baxter said “After 30 years as a market leader in the Wellington recruitment arena, we are delighted to be handing over to Salt. We know that our team of talented consultants and support staff will continue to deliver an unrivalled service and commitment to quality.

With Salt’s expertise, the team at GBL will have access to clients, candidates and opportunities on a global scale, along with new services and solutions across the contracting, technology and creative markets – it’s an exciting time.”

Salt, with it’s global expertise in the digital landscape is looking forward to providing a broader range of solutions and opportunities to their Wellington-based clients and candidates.
