Payroll Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY

This permanent Payroll position reports to an experienced Payroll Manager and you would be part of the HR team and deal with a range of businesses across the group. This is a high-volume position, and your responsibilities will include:

· Manage the end-to-end payroll process in preparation for Datacom

· Delivering to fortnightly pay run deadlines

· Liaise with Finance team to ensure correct allocation of cost centres

· Handling payroll queries from staff and Managers

· Preparation of payroll reports and data exports

You will be an experienced high-volume end to end, Payroll Administrator. You are resilient, flexible and an excellent communicator, who loves working at pace and knows how to have a good laugh. You will understand NZ employment legislation (Holidays act etc), you are deadline-driven and accurate.
