Accounts Administrator

Our client is a thriving project management consultancy that deliver a wide range of projects to an enviable range of client within the commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors. Their services span strategy, consenting, design, construction, and maintenance. Based in sunny offices in Takapuna you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals in this fast-growing dynamic company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report to the Finance Manager and be a part of the small administration team. You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable as well as supporting the project management staff with project related administration. Your responsibilities will include:

· Support Finance Manager with general financial duties

· Managing accounts payable, entering all invoices (using Xero)

· Workflow Job set up, maintenance and reporting

· Asset inventory reconciliation

· Monthly reporting

· Project related admin using their project management software some reporting on Excel

· Reconciling of credit card statements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking solid accounts admin background with a good understanding of accounts payable. You will have strong attention to detail and ability to work to under pressure to achieve deadlines. You will be someone who uses your initiative to analyse information and make logical decisions.
