Accounts Administrator

Your new duties will include:

  • Data entry
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable
  • General office admin
  • Coordinating incoming office supply orders
  • Coordinating the daily ingoing and outgoing mail

What we need from you:

  • A qualification in accounting and finance or at least 18 months in an accounting related role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite – accounting software knowledge is a bonus
  • A drive to learn and improve
  • Reliability
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written is key!
