About the role:

• Accounts Receivable duties including smooth running of this function
• Managing debtor’s along with day-to-day maintenance – reconciliation and opening new accounts
• Credit control – following up overdue accounts
• Handle customer requests and queries in a professional manner
• Addressing any billing discrepancies
• Generating financial reports and statements

Who am I:

• Accounts Assistant Experience within a corporate environment
• This role has a focus on AR so that solid experience would be advantageous
• Immediately available and can commit for 3 months (minimum)
• A reliable and proactive attitude is essential!
