Accounts Data Entry Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY

This newly created role is based in Parnell, Auckland, and will support two Accounting Administrators and day to day you will be responsible for:

• Daily data entry of a high volume of supplier invoices (80% of position)
• Organisation of paperwork including the filing of forms, and vouchers
• Weekly banking of EFTPOS & cash transactions
• Monthly reconciliations as required
• General administrative support

YOUR BACKGROUND

We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of accounting, with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail. You will be a team player who is willing to help, support and focus on a large volume of data entry each day.
