Accounts Payable

Join this friendly and supportive team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payable activities and provide support with month-end tasks. This role will give you plenty of time to learn and an opportunity to further develop your skills and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Processing large volume supplier invoices (approx.. 150 per day)
• Matching, coding, and approval of invoices
• Reconciliation of ledger balances to supplier statements
• Liaise with various branches regards to cost and pricing variances
• Prepare analysis of monthly accounts producing monthly reports
• Assist with month-end tasks
• General administration and filing

WHO AM I? WHY SHOULD I APPLY?

• You will have solid Accounts Payable experience in a busy high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills and good communication
• Experience with SAP and SalesForce is an advantage but not essential
