While many of their competitors have moved their manufacturing offshore, our client has increased the size and capacity of their local Australian and New Zealand factories. They now have manufacturing plants situated in Auckland, Sydney, and Hamilton. THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will be responsible for the “day-to-day management of the accounts payable activities for their Australian operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing of supplier invoices
• Matching, coding, and approval of invoices
• Creditor reconciliations
• Reconciling monthly payments for credit cards
• Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
• Assist in producing accounts payable reports and information
• Ongoing review of suppliers weekly and monthly statements

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will have:

• 2+ year’s experience working in an Accounts Payable role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
