Accounts Payable

Join this friendly and supportive team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payable activities. This role will give you plenty of time to learn and an opportunity to further develop your skills and experience.

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND YOU!

• Reporting to the Management Accounting Manager
• Processing large volume supplier invoices & international payments (approx. 800 per month)
• Matching, coding, and approval of invoices
• Reconciliation of ledger balances to supplier statements
• Employee expense claims
• Prepare analysis of monthly accounts producing monthly reports
• You will have solid accounts payable experience in a busy high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills and good communication- experience with foreign currencies is a bonus
• Immediately available and up to 3 months – temp assignment
