Accounts Receivable

Great Temporary opportunity for an Accounts Receivable professional to come and showcase their skills within this established finance team. You will be a down-to-earth individual who can slot into the team and have that natural willingness to support.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• General bookkeeping including invoicing, receipting, and making deposits
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Auditing ledgers
• Credit control – following up overdue accounts
• Handle customer requests and queries in a professional manner
• Addressing any billing discrepancies
• Generating financial reports and statements

WHAT WILL YOU BRING:

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Must be a proficient user of MS Excel (Advanced), confident with data entry & spreadsheets
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience within Shipping/Transport/Logistics is desirable

Must be available IMMEDIATELY and can commit up to 3 months – Temporary Assignment.
