This business is based at Airport Oaks and continues to grow from strength to strength. They are now on the look for a talented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their finance team.

About the Opportunity

You will report to the GM of finance and be part of an accounts of 4. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

· Processing of invoices

· Proforma and other miscellaneous recharge invoicing

· Receipting and reporting to management New Zealand and Australia

· Reconciling frozen & chilled stock

· Credit control – following up overdue accounts

· Receivables cash flow forecast

· Weekly and monthly statements

· Other ad hoc finance tasks

About You

You will have a proven Accounts Receivable background and have worked in a similar role. You will be confident, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a knack for handling situations in a calm and professional manner. You will have good attention to detail, a basic-intermediate understanding of excel and an ability to learn new systems quickly. We are looking for a team player, a positive person who is deadline driven and keen to learn.
