ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Accountant your responsibilities will include:
· Data entry and creation of invoices
· Reconciliation of debtor accounts
· Allocation of job costing codes
· Credit control – following up overdue accounts
· Monthly invoices, credits and statements
· Utilise Greentree accounting and MS Excel
You will have a proven background in Accounts Receivable and experience in a similar role. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a knack for handling situations in a calm and professional manner. You will have good attention to detail, a basic-intermediate understanding of excel and an ability to learn new systems quickly. We are looking a team player, a positive person who is deadline driven and who is keen to learn.
