Accounts Receivable – Part Time

This well-established NZ owned business is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their Finance team. With a long and solid history providing building services to the NZ commercial and residential sector, this successful family business employs over 100 staff. Based in Ellerslie, you will work as part of a tight-knit team and be responsible Accounts Receivable including:

· Data entry and creation of invoices

· Reconciliation of debtor accounts

· Allocation of job costing codes

· Credit control – following up overdue accounts

· Monthly invoices, credits and statements

· Utilise Greentree accounting and MS Excel

ABOUT YOU

You will have a proven Accounts Receivable background and worked in a similar role. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a knack for handling situations in a calm and professional manner. You will have good attention to detail, a basic-intermediate understanding of excel and an ability to learn new systems quickly. We are looking a team player, a positive person who is deadline-driven and who is keen to learn.
