They are undergoing a lot of change and, are becoming very agile in the way they price and personalise their offerings. As a result, they have a newly created role for a Customer Pricing Operations Manager.
About the role:
This is a seriously exciting and innovative opportunity for an experienced people leader with pricing experience within mass markets.
It is a key leadership role sitting within the Customer Journey Solutions team. You will leverage your pricing expertise and experience and provide leadership to four pricing analysts and pricing function. You will also develop and refine pricing strategies, support product development and innovation and effectively manage compliance obligations. There are also some exciting projects to get your teeth into.
The skills and experience you’ll bring:
· You’re a commercially aware strategic thinker looking for an opportunity to further your career in a fun and rewarding environment.
· You will bring expertise in Mass Market pricing gained from extensive industry experience such as gas, electricity, telco, banking mass market pricing alongside demonstrated technical and leadership skills.
· You’ll be adept at leading and working with cross functional teams, managing, and influencing stakeholders and navigating conflicting and competing priorities.
· With Advanced MS Excel and exposure to MS Access you’ll bring proven skills in reporting, analysis, and modelling.
